Huge price drop on all projects
Given the pervasive doom and gloom of the economy, as well as the difficulty many potential buyers are having in obtaining mortgages, we have drastically reduced the price of our three modern green homes in Reynoldstown. As has been stated in the past, these homes are some of the most energy efficient in the entire country and certainly Atlanta. In addition to their energy efficiency and TRULY GREEN features, these homes have high grade finishes and fixtures throughout. These homes are now priced below similar modern homes in the area that offer no sustainable green features whatsoever.
The new prices also put buyers (who are able to put 10% or more down) in the range of obtaining FHA loans as well as obtaining non-jumbo loan rates which are as low as 4.5%. In addition to this new low pricing, special financing is available for qualified buyers through a local community bank known for their support of green building and energy efficient structures
As of today the prices are as follows:

I can not stress enough the value a buyer is going to get with these homes, let alone the minimal environmental impact they will have living in them. If you're looking for real truly green homes, and not merely greenwashed homes, then these are the homes for you. It's the deal of the century, so get your offer in first before someone else beats you to it.

It's time you got solar...and we can help!

In our ongoing quest to become more effective purveyors of sustainability and energy efficiency, we are now offering solar electric and solar thermal system installation. We can design and install almost any type of solar PV or solar thermal system available. Our installers are some of the most experienced/qualified in the country and we use only the highest quality equipment.
Having over 10 years of experience in the solar industry, our installers are NABCEP (North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners) certified which is the highest certification a solar installer can, and should, have. With substantial federal and state tax incentives essentially offsetting the majority of the cost for newly installed solar systems, anyone that wants, or is considering, solar should act now; especially commercial projects as the tax incentives are even greater. When you do decide to go solar give us a call.
For more info visit the solar page on our website here.

A study on what I've been saying about LEED for years...not that green
Finally some smart people (other than Thom Mayne) having their voices heard through the constant spoon-fed accolades the media gives for LEED certified projects. Goals for a project to be LEED and goals for a project to be green/energy efficient are two different things. People need to realize this.
